Isn’t it adorable!!! I don’t know the exact size but its a single serving. I got it at homegoods. You can absolutely use either chicken or vegetable stock.

Yes, I do think it is more flavorful and yes it was really tasty, glad I made the decision to use that in place of regular potatoes. It is still quite hot in Atlanta also but I’m sure it doesn’t compare to the dessert heat.
